As of today, we have started structurally with the new production method, the LEAN method. Where we previously produced all coolers in batches on the edges of tables, in numbers as many as we had tables, now almost everything is made with the “one-piece-flow” method. This means that the coolers are subdivided into a number of steps and that they are assembled in a route along different stations. This new method has a number of advantages:
1. Production times are mapped out better, which makes planning easier;
2. Working on the coolers is more efficient;
3. Problems quickly become clear and can be solved immediately.
This new way shows that we as a company grow with the times and developments in the market. This allows us to profile ourselves even better and thus obtain a better competitive position.
