As of today we have structurally started the new way of production, the LEAN method.
Whereas previously we produced all coolers in batches on the edges of tables, in numbers as many as we had tables, now almost everything is made with the “one-piece-flow” method.
This means that the coolers are divided into a number of steps and these are assembled in one path along several stations.
This new method has a number of advantages:
1. Production times are better mapped out, making planning easier;
2. Work on the coolers is more efficient;
3. Problems become quickly apparent and can be solved immediately.
This new way of working shows that we as a company are growing with the times and the developments in the market.
This allows us to profile ourselves even better and therefore gives us a better competitive position.
